Florescent Tube Sidepanel

Creating a left navigation panel with illuminated florescent tube lights.

Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangular shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate scale down and place as shown.

Duplicate the layer. From layer menu select layer style>>create layers. Select and merge all the resulting layers. Change the layer mode to "Lighten".

Create some circles on every corner using elliptical shape tool. Apply same layer style.

Create another circle using elliptical shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate several times and place it on every corner as shown in the image below.

Create some lines using line tool. Apply same layer style we used for the rounded rectangle layer.

Select and merge all the layers. Duplicate the layer and change the layer mode to "Vivid Light".

Create two rounded rectangles using rounded rectangle shape tool.

From layer menu select layer style>>create layers. Select and merge all the resulting layers and change the layer mode to "Vivid Light".

Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.

Duplicate both the rectangle layers and place as shown.
